About the Role
We are a fast-growing international recruitment agency specializing in connecting global talent with leading employers across industries. As we expand our B2B and B2C recruitment services, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence, brand positioning, and candidate & client acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital lead-generation strategies for international talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with international recruitment business goals.
- Plan and run campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to drive candidate and client leads.
- Build digital funnels for international hiring campaigns, executive search, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, lead quality, CAC).
- Drive campaigns targeting talent acquisition, global recruitment drives, and corporate clients.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.
