About the Role



We are a fast-growing international recruitment agency specializing in connecting global talent with leading employers across industries. As we expand our B2B and B2C recruitment services, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence, brand positioning, and candidate & client acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital lead-generation strategies for international talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities



- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with international recruitment business goals.

- Plan and run campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to drive candidate and client leads.

- Build digital funnels for international hiring campaigns, executive search, and employer branding initiatives.

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to maximize ROI.

- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, lead quality, CAC).

- Drive campaigns targeting talent acquisition, global recruitment drives, and corporate clients.

- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.

- Design visually appealing creatives, videos, and infographics highlighting recruitment success stories.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

- Build and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and recruitment-specific platforms.

- Run community engagement campaigns, webinars, live Q&A sessions, and talent sourcing initiatives online.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM dashboards to track campaign performance.

- Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and ROI; use insights to refine strategies.

- Collaborate with recruitment consultants and business development teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.

- Promote international hiring programs, talent partnerships, and employer branding initiatives digitally.

Key Requirements



- 5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably recruitment, HR services, healthcare, or consumer services).

- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and CRM platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, or similar tools.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and content marketing abilities.

- Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
