Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms
Define target audiences, build custom/lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS
Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and ad relevance
Work with designers and content team to create high-converting ad creatives
Generate weekly/monthly reports on ad performance and insights
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and content for search visibility
Execute backlink-building strategies and off-page optimization
Monitor Google Search Console & Google Analytics for performance tracking
Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and implement necessary actions
Collaborate with the content team for SEO-focused blogs and landing pages
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in running Meta Ads and SEO campaigns
Proven track record of improving ROAS and organic rankings
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
