Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Plan and manage campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create, edit, and optimize promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM campaigns for project promotions.
Design digital creatives, reels, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to align digital activities with ongoing projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid ad campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
Creativity in content planning, storytelling, and visual presentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
