The Digital Marketer Cum Admin will manage daily administrative activities while supporting digital marketing, social media management, academic coordination, student services, and staff performance tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proactive handling of both admin and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations, including office coordination, inventory management, record maintenance, documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
Manage the institute's social media presence (Instagram) through content posting, engagement improvement, coordination of digital campaigns, and basic SEO activities for the institute's online visibility.
Handle walk-in enquiries and counselling, provide accurate course details, assist with follow-ups, and support sales activities when sales executives are unavailable.
Coordinate institute meetings, academic events, staff sessions, and student-related functions, ensuring proper planning, communication, and execution.
Maintain accurate academic and student records, including attendance, assessments, feedback, batch schedules, and timely fee updates.
Monitor academic deliverables, ensuring trainers complete assignments, exams, assessments, and mock interviews for students on time and as per quality standards.
Assign trainers to batches based on expertise, availability, and performance, plan course timelines, and ensure smooth functioning of batches and academic operations.
Ensure compliance with institute rules and policies, handle basic administrative issues, and arrange trainer replacements during leaves; may conduct basic sessions if no substitute is available.
Support the placement team by coordinating internship and job opportunities, tracking placement progress, and maintaining related documentation.
Track the KRA's of trainers and sales executives, monitor productivity, highlight concerns, and support performance improvement activities.
Ensure timely fees collection from students and maintain proper records. (Sheet updations/handling)
