Social Santa (Navisha Marketing and Media LLP) is a leading Digital Marketing firm . We

are looking for candidates for our new office based in Belagavi, Karnataka. We are

specializing in both online and offline advertising. We provide a full range of marketing

services, including social media marketing, print and radio ads, and web and app

development etc. Our clientele spans across the fashion, Hospitality, beauty, and FMCG

sectors etc, and we pride ourselves on our creative and innovative approach to growing

businesses through our quality work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

?

Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,

etc.

? Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

? Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with audiences professionally.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

? Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.

? Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers.

? Ensure timely delivery of posts, reels, and campaigns.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

? Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics,

etc.

? Analyze reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

? Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and internal review.

4. Paid Advertising (Optional / Preferred)

? Assist in creating and managing Meta & Google Ads.

? Optimize ads for better ROI (targeting, creatives, budgets).

5. Content & Trend Research

? Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas.

? Suggest creative ideas for reels, carousels, and campaigns.

6. Client Coordination

? Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and updates.

? Maintain professional relationships and follow agency communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms

? Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing

? Basic analytics & reporting skills

? Good communication (written & verbal)

? Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

? Time management & multitasking skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

? Experience in a digital marketing agency

? Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads

? Canva, basic design or content tools

? SEO or website basics
