4-8 years in digital marketing with team management and training experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple projects and clients.
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, and Social Media Marketing).
Train and mentor team members on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery of measurable results and ROI.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Handle client communication, understand business goals, and provide digital solutions.
Keep updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in digital marketing.
Prepare performance reports and guide the team in achieving monthly targets.
Ensure workflow efficiency and maintain a high standard of quality and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable insights.
Experience in training or mentoring junior marketers.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Salary:
Based on experience and performance
