Role Overview:
The Digital Manager will lead Luxclusive Homes digital content initiatives especially property video reels for social media platforms. This creative, fast-paced role combines hands-on video production with content strategy, directly supporting business growth and luxury brand positioning
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality property reels for all Luxclusive Homes social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), focusing on the luxury market.
Develop creative digital content concepts (campaigns, reels, stories) tailored to engage and convert high-net-worth audiences

- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure alignment of content with business goals and property highlights.
- Manage all phases of video production including planning, storyboarding, shooting (interior, exterior, neighborhood), editing, adding transitions/music, and optimizing for social media algorithms
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and viewer engagement
- Proactively keep up to date with luxury real estate and social media trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in shooting, editing, and posting video reels/content for real estate or luxury brands, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps suited for reels).
- Strong creative thinking and ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns showcasing high-end properties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging content trends.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, media, design, or related field preferred.
Experience Level
- 1 3 years, with demonstrable prior experience in digital content creation for real estate or a creative industry.
- Portfolio or links to prior professional reels required.
