Ensure SEO optimization, keyword ranking, and traffic growth.
Maintain accurate product, offer, and company information online.
3. Social Media Management
Plan and execute content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage posting schedules, engagement, comments, and community interactions.
Create or oversee creation of creatives, videos, and ad content.
4. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTT, display ads).
Optimize campaign performance for lower cost per lead (CPL).
Track and analyze leads from all digital channels.
5. CRM & Lead Management
Monitor lead flow from digital platforms into CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up by sales teams.
Analyze conversion ratios and suggest improvements.
6. Content Development & Branding
Create or coordinate blogs, videos, social posts, and promotional content.
Ensure brand consistency in all digital communication.
Work with designers, photographers, and influencers if needed.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI, and reach.
Create weekly, monthly, and campaign reports.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
8. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Monitor reviews on Google, social platforms, and third-party sites.
Respond to customer feedback professionally.
Improve brand ratings and customer trust.
9. Market & Competitor Research
Track digital trends and competitor activities.
Suggest new digital tools and platforms to improve performance.
10. Coordination with Internal & External Teams
Work with sales, marketing, and management teams to align goals.
Coordinate with agencies for creatives, ads, and digital support.
