Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, reels, stories, and ads to support brand building and campaign objectives.
Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms by increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Drive mobile app marketing strategies including user acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), and re-engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to promote app features and benefits effectively.
Work towards increasing app downloads, installs, and in-app conversions through targeted campaigns.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure and optimize performance across all digital platforms.
Identify trends, insights, and best practices and apply them to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Support the sales team with digital strategies to generate and nurture qualified leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and mobile app marketing.
Proven experience in growing app downloads and managing app marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with paid advertising on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO), app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase), and user funnel optimization.
Ability to create and manage performance-driven marketing content.
Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Basic video editing skills for social media reels and app promo videos.
Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SaaS or mobile app product lifecycle.
