Job Title: Social Media and Google Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Google Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media and Google Ads strategies to generate high-quality leads for our study abroad programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and Google Ads platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
2. Google Ads:
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for study abroad programs.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for better performance.
- Set up and manage landing pages, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance regularly.
3. Lead Generation:
- Identify and implement new lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up with generated leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and cost per lead.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media and Google Ads performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and management.
Requirements:

2. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and Google Ads lead generation.
3. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through social media and Google Ads.
4. Strong understanding of social media and Google Ads platforms, including targeting options, ad formats, and analytics.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in the education or study abroad industry.
2. Certification in Google Ads and/or social media marketing.
3. Knowledge of content creation tools, such as graphic design and video editing software.
