The Digital Lead Conversions Manager will be responsible for maximising conversion of digital leads into OPD visits, admissions, and procedures. This role owns the bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) performance across all digital channels and ensures seamless coordination between digital platforms, CRM, call centre teams, and hospital units to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) stage of the digital lead lifecycle across Google, Meta, website forms, WhatsApp, and other digital sources
Ensure timely CRM lead allocation, follow-ups, dispositioning, and closure tracking
Monitor and optimise call centre performance to improve lead-to-OPD and lead-to-admission conversion ratios
Design, implement, and monitor SOPs for lead handling, response TAT, escalation, and closure
Coordinate closely with hospital units, front desks, and clinical teams for appointment fulfilment and conversion management
Track conversion metrics, funnel leakage, and lead quality to drive continuous process improvement
Who Can Apply?
Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred)
5-10 years of experience in digital lead management, healthcare marketing, CRM operations, or call centre management
Strong understanding of digital performance funnels (Google, Meta, website, WhatsApp leads)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting
Proven ability to manage call centre teams and improve conversion efficiency
Process-oriented mindset with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
