Essential Job Functions:

• Candidate will work closely with IT Process Manager Change & Release Mgt. and update delivered quality of documentation & training materials, process execution, audit readiness, and continuously support Process Manager on monitoring, improving and enhancing the processes
• Additionally, s/he will be responsible for communication and reporting of Quarterly SAP Major Release Deploys and for resolving user support tickets as well as execute functional testing of enhancements, and configure and update automated test cases using the tool's Automated Test Framework
• Creation and maintenance of Power BI reports is equally part of this role; candidate will act as Digital Process Expert and POC for IT processes being part of the agile ITSM BizDevOps team
• S/he should possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or International Business with minimum 2 Years of experience in ITIL Foundation, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Scrum, Testing
• Candidate acts as SME & POC for ITSM Processes Change & SAP Release Management across the organization and as back up and extended workbench to Corporate teams' Process Manager and will be occasionally assigned to global projects within the IT Service Operations Management team
• Create and update Process Documentation & Training Materials; conduct trainings and Ask-the-expert sessions
• Functional Testing of enhancements in the related ServiceNow ITSM application
• Preparation and participation in process stakeholder meetings conducted by the process mgr.
• Design, develop and execute test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework
• Responsible for monitoring process execution for completeness and develops and maintains necessary KPIs to measure the team performance
• Maintains KPIs and reports in Power BI to measure processes performance and compliance level
• SME & POC for SAP Release Management process
• Plan and communicate major & minor release schedules, timeline & milestones
• Manage communication around cutover & deployment of major releases by being the SPOC
• Manage and continuously improve SAP release deploy as well as its respective tools
• Develop- and maintain KPIs in Power BI to measure organization's performance and compliance level (release management process)
• Overseeing and reminding timely execution of SAP retrofit & system clean-up activities in a timely manner
• As SAP Major Release Deploy is scheduled quarterly, hence 4 times per year on weekends, this position requires weekend work 4 times per year (currently one weekend in Mar, Jun, Sep & Dec)

Qualifications:

• Minimal education required for the position, not person: Bachelor Degree
• Area of specialization (e.g., International Business): IT or International Business
• Minimal overall work experience required for the position: 2 years
