ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do:

Lead product discovery efforts for a cross-functional Innovation Pod (Product, Design & Tech), ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to the human-centered product management goals, activities, and deliverables from the Pod. Leverage your expertise in user and market research, product strategy, discovery, and cross-functional teamwork to lead your Pod and drive successful product outcomes for Infogain's clients. Passionately represent customers, their scenarios on how to bring the cross functional team together during different stages of product management: conceptualization, design, evaluative research, business case development, engineering delivery, GTM from alpha state to general availability including product optimization, and growth. Work closely with Product Leader on product roadmap discussions for clients during e2e product life-cycle management for each prioritized concept/idea. Translates ideas, features and experiences into easy-to-understand user stories and dev tasks keeping in mind the experiences of the target customer & expectations of engineering team. Contribute systems and frameworks to bring consistency in product management delivery and growth & rapid experimentation. Be a role model to attract, engage and retain talented team of product managers & growth experts who can continuously improve and transform the way we apply human-centric product management. Bring thought leadership in the product innovation community within Revel and in the external communities around the coming together of Product, Growth, Design, Experience, AI, and related topics. Help shape and refine the culture of the product innovation team, its rituals, practices, values, and norms. Work closely with IGNIS and client teams in different geographies on engagements to create product strategy that supports our clients' needs and delivers as per their brand promises and business goals
