We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient function.

We are looking for Digital Innovation Manager

• You support in the growth and implementation of a Digital solutions & Innovation agenda for Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, innovators, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end business models that solve meaningful customer problems, taking responsiblity for the conception of new innovative digital solutions, incorporating UX Design and Engineering counterparts in problem-solving
• Continuously learning, analyzing, and refining opportunities and taking ownership over the path to a scalable new business
• Leveraging state-of-the art innovation methodologies like Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas to consistently identify and incubate innovative products
• Embrace the \xe2\x80\x9cfail fast, fail forward\xe2\x80\x9d approach to product innovation, product planning and go-to-market
• Responsible to drive and support projects from ideation to product innovation with an evidence-based validation and agile approach
• Responsible to conduct customer discovery and support subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, including face-to-face interviews to test problem and customer needs, to derive possible solutions, to test customer reactions to MVP and to validate customer demand (willingness to buy it)
• Required to demonstrate metric-based decision process for determining product iterations, pivots and resources, follow a hypothesis-driven development process in order to quickly evaluate customer needs and product-market fit
• Foster feedback, communication, and product development culture according to company values

You\xe2\x80\x99d describe yourself as:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing company with a history of bringing products from concept to market and proven success creating and driving customer focused products in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in innovation or product management, preferably with a focus on digital products
• Experience in a (shared) service business is a plus
• Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and employ entrepreneurial techniques to exploring, validating, and developing new customer offerings and business opportunities.
• Ability to identify and experiment with new opportunities to expand company product market fit and knowledge when to adjust when value, feasibility, viability, or usability is not viable
• Strong initiative and proven ownership quality across functions and levels combined with ability to collaborate across groups and organizations
• Extreme comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating visionary ideas with storytelling for executive buy-in
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication in German and English
