Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Payroll & HR Support



Collect attendance data from staff across branches or workshops. Assist HR in preparing salary inputs and resolving payroll-related queries. Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation.

2. Project Management System (PMS) & Admin Support



Track store performance, stock movement, and promotional task completions. Maintain back-office trackers for customer orders, vendor deliveries, etc. Support inventory coordination between showrooms, godowns, and workshops.

3. PowerPoint & Documentation



Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports in PowerPoint. Create presentations for new product launches, seasonal collections, etc. Document marketing feedback, campaign results, and customer responses.

4. Digital Media Assistance



Coordinate with the digital team to post offers, events, and product showcases. Help maintain product databases, descriptions, and WhatsApp broadcast lists. Assist in content gathering during marketing events (photos, testimonials, etc.) Website , All digital media support and maintenance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
