The Team and Role: The Digital Office is the technological heartbeat of Logitech. Within this, the Digital Growth Solutions team is responsible for the technologies that drive our business forward (such as PIM, Social Media, and Marketing Tech).
We are looking for a Digital Growth Coordinator to join us. This role is an ideal first step for a high-potential talent looking to kickstart their career in a global technology environment.
You will be the organizational backbone of our department, ensuring that our teams have the administrative, financial, and logistical support they need to move fast. You won't just be "doing admin"--you will be enabling the efficiency of a high-performance Digital team.

Procurement & Budget Support: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for the Digital Growth team. You will be the primary user for raising Purchase Requests (PRs) and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle, ensuring our vendors are paid on time and our spending is tracked accurately.
Content & Communication: Assist leadership in creating high-quality documentation and visual presentations. You will take raw ideas and turn them into polished slides (G-Slides/PowerPoint) or structured reports for team meetings and internal communications.
Knowledge Management: Own the organization of our digital workspace. You will structure and manage our Shared Drives (Google Drive/SharePoint), ensuring that critical project documentation, contracts, and team assets are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
Team Coordination: Organize key team rituals, including department all-hands, workshops, and offsites. You will handle the logistics, agendas, and minutes to keep the team aligned.
Departmental Agility: Act as the "go-to" person for day-to-day departmental needs, handling ad-hoc administrative requests and helping new hires settle into the Digital Growth ecosystem.
Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Strong proficiency with modern productivity suites (Google Workspace preferred: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office. You pick up new software quickly.
Organizational Excellence: A natural ability to bring structure to chaos. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple small tasks without losing track of the bigger picture.
Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of corporate purchasing or budgeting (e.g., what a PO or Invoice is). Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a big plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You can draft professional emails and create clean, logical presentations.
The "Can-Do" Attitude: You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions. You view administrative tasks as a vital part of the team's success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship experience in a multinational or corporate environment.
Interest in Project Management or Digital Technology as a future career path.
Experience organizing small events or team activities.
