You'll be the digital engine of Gramlok - managing our online presence across all platforms, optimizing user acquisition through digital channels, and creating content that drives organic growth. You'll work alongside our field community builders, providing them with digital tools and amplifying their on-ground success stories. Daily face-to-face collaboration with founders is essential as we rapidly iterate based on real-time data.

High-Value Relationship Building & Outreach
Research, connect, and network with high-profile, influential figures (politicians, educators, business leaders) through strategic LinkedIn/X messaging
Craft personalized outreach campaigns that respect recipients' time and align with Gramlok's mission
Track and optimize outreach conversion rates
? Content Marketing & Creation
Develop and execute content strategy across Gramlok platform and external social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Youtube)
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) showcasing village success stories and platform features
Write compelling copy in both English and Malayalam that resonates with urban and semi-urban audiences
? Technical Growth Optimization
Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for both iOS and Android - keyword research, conversion optimization, A/B testing
Implement SEO strategy for Gramlok web platform and content
? Paid Advertising (PPC):
Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Apple, Meta Ads) with strict ROI tracking
Provide ads on newspapers, journals, magazines, radio, and other platforms
? Data-Driven Innovation
Monitor key metrics: user acquisition cost, retention rates, engagement depth
Propose and test innovative growth ideas monthly (no idea too bold)
Create weekly performance dashboards for founder review
Required Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing/growth marketing roles
Proven track record in these areas: LinkedIn/X outreach campaigns, ASO/SEO, short-form video creation, performance advertising
Fluent in Malayalam AND English (written and verbal) - must create content in both languages
Technical proficiency with: Google Analytics, App Store Connect, Meta Business Suite, basic video editing tools
Non-Negotiable Cultural Fit:
Understands Kerala's digital landscape - knows what resonates with Malayali audiences online
Startup-ready mentality - comfortable with rapid iteration, direct founder feedback, and metric-driven accountability
Office presence commitment - thrives in daily collaborative environment
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with social/community platforms
Basic understanding of rural India digital adoption challenges
Figma/Penpot skills for creating simple marketing assets
Proficiency in more Indian languages - Hindi, Tamil.
