We're building an edtech non-profit organization that scales through intelligence, not headcount.

You will have complete autonomy, AI tools, and the mandate to 10x our lead generation in 6 months.



You're not a "social media manager" or a "digital marketing executive." You're a growth hacker who sees the entire funnel as a system to be optimized. You wake up thinking about CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. You go to sleep after setting up one more A/B test.


What You'll Actually Do




Months 1-2: Diagnose & Build Foundation




Audit every marketing asset we have (website, ads, emails, landing pages) Identify the 3 highest-leverage channels for our target audience Set up proper analytics, tracking, and attribution (we need to know what works) Build our first AI-powered lead magnet (free course, toolkit, assessment) that actually provides value Create automated email sequences that nurture leads without human intervention

Months 3-4: Scale What Works




Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with rigorous testing Build AI chatbot that qualifies leads, answers questions, and books demo calls Create content systems using AI (blogs, videos, carousels) that rank and convert Implement retargeting funnels that follow prospects across the internet Set up webinar/masterclass funnels that sell without live sales calls

Months 5-6: Automate & Multiply




Build referral systems that turn students into acquisition channels Create AI-powered personalization (different landing pages for different personas) Optimize entire funnel for maximum conversion at minimum cost Train AI models on our best-performing content to generate variations Document systems so they run without you babysitting them

Compensation Philosophy





This isn't a salaried job where you get paid the same whether we get 10 leads or 1000 leads.


Structure

: Base salary (covers your bills) + Performance bonuses (rewards results) + Equity options (you share in what you build)

Interview Process




Application

: Submit a 3-minute Loom video explaining one digital marketing campaign you're proud of and what made it work. Include metrics. No video = auto-reject.

Assignment

: We'll give you access to our current marketing assets. You have 48 hours to audit them and propose your 90-day plan. We're not looking for perfection--we're looking for strategic thinking.

Live Session

: 60-minute conversation where we discuss your plan, debate marketing strategies, and see if we think similarly.

Trial Week

: If we both feel good, we'll do a paid trial week where you execute one small project. This lets us both see if it's a fit before committing.
