Responsibilities:
Visual Design - Create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, display ads, website graphics, infographics, email templates, and more.
Branding - Ensure that all design elements align with our clients' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and brand identity across all marketing materials.
Collaborative Ideation - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that resonate with target audiences and convey marketing messages effectively.
Design Execution - Translate conceptual ideas into polished, pixel-perfect designs. Implement design best practices and stay updated with design trends and innovations.
Interaction - Communicate and collaborate with campaign co-ordinators to understand client's design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback to achieve client satisfaction.
Design Asset Management - Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources in an efficient manner for easy retrieval and collaboration.
Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Quality Assurance - Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Preferably a Bachelor's degree
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with web design and digital media.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools.
Familiarity with video editing and animation software.
Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
