Digital Experience Lead
Location: Kochi / Bangalore (initially in Kochi)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead to take ownership of building and scaling high-quality digital
experiences across our Mobile and Web platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in
JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and Mobile technologies (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android),
and should be capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver performant, secure, and user-centric
interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and delivery of mobile and web applications
Work with React / Angular for Web and Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift for Mobile development
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build cohesive digital journeys
Ensure code quality, security, accessibility, and performance optimization
Drive adoption of component libraries, design systems, and shared codebases
Contribute to and enforce best practices in CI/CD, testing, and version control (Git)
Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, and handle state management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, etc.)
Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and support technical mentorship
Stay updated on platform guidelines, browser/mobile compatibility, and emerging tools
Required Skills &Experience:
8+ years of experience in digital application development
Strong expertise in React or Angular for Web
Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
Experience in integrating APIs, working with OAuth2 / SSO, and secure coding practices
Familiar with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise) and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure)
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative development
Nice to Have:
Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful)
Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Zeplin) for working closely with UI/UX teams
Exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)
Understanding of PWA, app store deployment, or CI for mobile apps
