highly organized, proactive, and multi-talented individual

who can manage day-to-day operations, client relations, and creative workflows while ensuring smooth business execution.

This role combines

administrative efficiency, client servicing, digital content support, and business insights management

. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and passionate about spirituality, wellness, and conscious business practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication

Check and respond to

personal website enquiries

and

Isekkai product/service orders

. Handle

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn DMs

,

social media comments

, and

client engagements

across FB/Insta/YouTube/LinkedIn/Twitter/Pinterest. Maintain

client history, balances, and database sheets

with regular updates.

Operations & Office Tasks

Maintain and update:

Team's updates

Order management

Business insights, and store stock management

Client data and balances management

Coordinate with the design team for the updates Assist in

miscellaneous office tasks

and

salaries disbursement/creation

.

Digital & Creative Support

Manage

email reverts

professionally. Design

Instagram stories and basic creatives

for social media. Maintain

social media content sheets and insights reports

. Support in

merging meditation audios with frequency music

(basic editing). Assist in

video shoots coordination

and content execution.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (or basic design tools), and written & verbal communication. Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Basic knowledge of meditation/spiritual practices or willingness to learn. Ability to handle sensitive client data with confidentiality. Creative mindset with a "problem-solving" approach.
