We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for measuring the success of digital campaigns.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.

3. SEO and Website Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance website performance and user experience.
4. Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics.
5. Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
6. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Engage with the social media community and respond to comments and messages.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Marketing Automation:
- Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Segment and personalize email campaigns for different audience segments.
9. Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, tracking expenditures and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
