Develop and lead digital engagement strategies to increase customer interaction and loyalty across digital platforms (website, email, social media, apps, etc.).
Create and manage personalized customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programs.
Work closely with marketing, content, product, and technology teams to align on digital goals.
Analyze digital engagement metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms to drive targeted communication.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance website and app experiences for better engagement.
Manage and grow digital communities (forums, social groups, etc.).
Monitor trends in digital behavior, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3 to 9 years Overall Exp and 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or CRM management.
Proven success in managing digital campaigns and audience engagement.
Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (CRM, email automation, web analytics, social media).
Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
