DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (DEM) - MAHINDRA DEALERSHIP



Objective of the Role



To

drive digital presence, leads, and customer engagement

for the dealership across all online and CRM platforms.
The DEM ensures that every

digital inquiry converts into a potential sales opportunity

, enhancing

brand visibility and customer satisfaction

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management

Manage and monitor

digital leads

received from Mahindra's portals (MLMS, DMS, Dealer website, Auto portals, etc.). Ensure

timely response

and

follow-up

by sales teams. Track and report

lead conversion ratios

daily.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage dealership's

Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube

pages. Plan and execute

paid promotions, festive posts, and engagement campaigns

. Coordinate with the

OEM digital agency

for creatives and campaigns.

CRM & Customer Retention

Update and monitor

CRM entries

for all inquiries and deliveries. Ensure

customer database accuracy

and

contactability

. Support in

customer feedback management

and

online review handling

(Google ratings, social platforms).

Reporting & Analysis

Share

daily/weekly digital performance reports

with Sales Manager and Dealer Principal. Analyze

source-wise lead performance

and suggest improvements.

Training & Coordination

Train sales consultants on

digital tools

,

lead handling

, and

CRM usage

. Work closely with

Mahindra Regional Digital Teams

for updates and support.

Key Skills Required



Knowledge of

digital marketing tools

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics). Good communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with

DMS, MLMS, and CRM platforms

. Proficiency in

MS Excel and PowerPoint

for reporting.

Qualification & Experience



Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Digital Media, or IT.

Experience:

2-5 years in digital marketing, CRM, or automobile sales support roles.

Reports to:

Sales Manager / CRM Head / Dealer Principal


Works closely with:

Sales Consultants, OEM Digital Team, and CRM Executives



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
