Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative
Digital & Email Marketing Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on
email marketing, content creation, and lead generation
. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing within a B2B global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute
email marketing campaigns
to engage prospects and existing clients.
Manage and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media).
Develop engaging content tailored for B2B audiences in the supply chain and trading industry.
Maintain and segment the company's
CRM and mailing lists
to ensure targeted communication.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
Drive
SEO and SEM
strategies to enhance online visibility.
Support brand awareness through
social media management
(LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Research industry trends and competitors to refine digital strategies.
Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the
company's brand identity
and compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience
in digital and email marketing (preferably in B2B / trading / supply chain industry).
Proficiency in
email marketing tools
(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
Strong knowledge of
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
.
Experience in
content creation
(blogs, newsletters, case studies, product campaigns).
Excellent
copywriting and communication skills
.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with global business environments and multi-country marketing campaigns is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
