We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Digital & E-commerce Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of our online business segment and creating consumer demand through proprietary and third-party e-channels. As a key member of our digital team, you will lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategies to enhance our online presence and boost sales.
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, and other online tactics
Analyze website performance data and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms and tools to ensure seamless customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce objectives with overall business goals
Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and technologies to stay ahead of market trends
Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors in the e-commerce ecosystem
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably in the hotel or travel industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience in managing and optimizing website performance and user experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions
Knowledge of current e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Familiarity with UX principles and their application in e-commerce environments
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
