Responsibilities
Mid-Level Designer: Core contributor to projects, owns bigger pieces and proficient at adhering to brand standards. They work with all the information at their disposal and use their skill set and knowledge to solve problems.
We're looking for a Digital Designer to shape the product development process with a user-centric mentality. You will help create visual elements for websites, mobile apps and other formats, lead user research, brainstorm ideas to inform the product development process and work with internal and external tech teams for implementation. Having PR or advertising agency experience is a plus. Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry is also helpful. You will be integral in the overall web design and development process.

• Must be proficient at Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Social media content
• Website design
• Interactive/digital content
• Booth/Congress multimedia interfaces
• Understanding of information architecture
• Develop user flows, prototypes, and wireframes
• Create structural design solutions for pain points that users encounter
• Conduct brand audits
• Conduct competitor analysis

Requirements

• Bachelora??s degree in graphic design, computer science, information technology or related field
• 3a??7 yearsa?? experience creating mid- to large-scale corporate and campaign websites
• Excellence at designing a brand experience across web and mobile channels
• Experience designing for healthcare and pharma
• Expertise in developing wireframes and prototypes
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and MS Office Suite
• Strong research skills including Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs To Be Done theory
• Knowledge of Service Design, design thinking, agile, programming languages, and CMS
• Hands-on web lifecycle experience, from strategy to user experience
• High-level understanding of front-end, back-end, and SEO principles
