Summary: As a Digital Design Engineer, you will engage in the design and implementation of digital circuits and systems, with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. Your typical day will involve writing RTL code, simulating designs, and verifying functionality to ensure that performance requirements are met. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including physical design, verification, and software, to integrate and validate your designs within the overall system architecture. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RTL Coding. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with digital circuit design tools. - Strong understanding of timing analysis and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with simulation and verification methodologies. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for design integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in RTL Coding. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
