Role Overview



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Project Manager

with

5+ years of experience

managing end-to-end digital projects across

website development (static & dynamic), mobile app development (Android & iOS), and digital marketing initiatives

.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

project planning, execution, team coordination, client communication, GTM launches, escalation handling, project finances, and follow-ups

. This role requires hands-on experience with project management tools and the ability to drive projects from

requirement gathering and wireframing to deployment and post-launch support

, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities1) End-to-End Project Ownership & Delivery



Own and manage complete project lifecycle across:

Static websites

(landing pages, microsites, brand websites)

Dynamic websites

(CMS websites, portals, dashboards, eCommerce, custom builds)

Mobile apps

(Android & iOS)

Digital marketing campaigns and execution

Translate business requirements into clear deliverables, timelines, and action plans. Ensure scope, milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes are aligned across stakeholders. Drive delivery accountability across internal teams and external stakeholders.

2) Website Development Project Management (Static & Dynamic)



Manage website development projects from start to finish including: Requirement gathering, sitemap planning, wireframing, UI approvals Development coordination, testing, and deployment Coordinate and monitor: UI/UX design reviews and approval cycles Frontend and backend development tasks CMS integration and configuration (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify or custom frameworks) Forms, lead capture flows, CRM/WhatsApp/email integrations Ensure best practices for: Mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility Website performance optimization and SEO readiness Security, backups, and post-launch stability checks Coordinate deployment activities including: Domain/hosting coordination, SSL setup, DNS configuration support Go-live checklists, redirects, live testing, and post-launch monitoring

3) Mobile App Development Management (Android & iOS) - End-to-End



Manage app projects from

concept to deployment

, including: Requirement gathering and feature documentation User journeys, wireframes, and UI flow validation Development planning and sprint execution QA coordination and UAT management Release planning, deployment, and version upgrades Coordinate app deliverables including: Login/signup flows, onboarding, and permission handling API integration coordination with backend teams Notifications, analytics integration, and performance monitoring Manage deployment and publishing activities: Play Store & App Store publishing requirements TestFlight / internal testing coordination Versioning, release notes, compliance checks Post-launch issue handling and enhancement planning

4) Digital Marketing Project & Campaign Management



Manage digital marketing projects and deliverables including: SEO planning and execution coordination Social media calendars and creative workflow management Paid campaigns coordination (Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads) Email marketing campaigns and automation workflows Landing page creation, testing, and conversion improvement support Ensure tracking and analytics readiness by coordinating: GA4 setup, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel (as applicable) Reporting formats and performance dashboards Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines, and campaign goals.

5) Project Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management



Create and maintain project plans, including: Detailed timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules Task breakdown structures and dependencies Sprint planning (if Agile execution is followed) Allocate resources effectively and track team capacity. Maintain project documentation such as: Scope documents, BRDs/PRDs (as required) Project trackers, meeting notes, action items Change request logs and version history Identify bottlenecks early and implement recovery plans proactively.

6) Hands-on Project Management Tools & Workflow Execution



Use project management tools to ensure smooth delivery, such as:

ClickUp / Asana / Trello / Jira /

Monday.com

/ Bitrix

Maintain workflow discipline including: Task creation, prioritization, assignment, and tracking Status management (To Do / In Progress / Review / Completed) Dependency tracking and blocker resolution Build and manage templates/checklists for: Project trackers, QA checklists, launch checklists, reporting formats

7) GTM (Go-To-Market) Planning & Project Launch Execution



Plan and execute successful launches for: Websites, mobile apps, campaigns, and product/service rollouts Coordinate launch readiness including: Final QA and sign-offs Content readiness (copy, creatives, landing pages) Tracking setup and reporting readiness Cross-team alignment (tech + creative + marketing) Manage launch day execution including: Monitoring performance, traffic, bugs, and campaign response Coordinating quick fixes and post-launch stabilization Conduct post-launch reviews and ensure enhancement planning.

8) Client & Stakeholder Communication Management



Act as the central point of communication between: Clients, internal teams, leadership, and external vendors Lead client interactions such as: Kick-off meetings Weekly status calls and review meetings Design approvals, UAT reviews, and launch readiness meetings Provide clear and structured communication through: Timelines, progress updates, meeting notes, and action plans Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed professionally while maintaining delivery quality.

9) Escalation Management, Risk Control & Issue Resolution



Identify and mitigate project risks such as: Scope creep, delayed approvals, dependency delays, technical blockers Maintain a risk/issue tracker and proactively manage mitigation plans. Handle escalations with structured resolution by: Root cause analysis and impact assessment Providing solutions and recovery timelines Coordinating internal fixes and client communication Escalating to leadership when needed with complete context

10) Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence



Ensure high quality across all deliverables including: UI consistency, responsiveness, and user experience App stability, flow accuracy, and bug-free releases Marketing creatives, landing pages, and tracking accuracy Coordinate internal QA and client UAT processes. Ensure final review is completed before client submission or deployment.

11) Reporting, Documentation & Performance Tracking



Maintain project reporting systems including: Weekly progress reports and sprint updates Milestone completion reports Risk, dependency, and escalation summaries Track project delivery metrics such as: Timeline adherence, rework rates, bug frequency, delivery efficiency Support leadership with visibility on project performance and capacity planning.

12) Cross-Functional Team Coordination



Work closely with: UI/UX designers, developers (web/app/backend), QA team Content, SEO, performance marketing, and creative teams Ensure clarity and accountability across departments. Promote smooth coordination and reduce rework through structured workflows.

13) Project Financial Management & Budget Ownership (Added)



Take ownership of

project financial tracking

to ensure projects remain within budget and profitable. Work closely with leadership/accounts team to understand: Approved budgets, billing milestones, and payment terms Project cost allocation (resources, tools, vendors, third-party costs) Track and manage financial risks such as: Scope creep without approvals Unplanned rework impacting profitability Vendor cost overruns or unplanned expenses Maintain financial documentation such as: Scope and cost sheets Change request costing and approvals Billing trackers and milestone payment schedules Coordinate internal approvals for: Additional resources or manpower requirements Tool subscriptions or paid support needed for delivery Outsourced vendor requirements

14) Follow-ups, Approvals & Payment Coordination (Added)



Ensure consistent and structured follow-ups with clients for: Pending inputs (content, images, credentials, approvals) Design sign-offs and development confirmations Testing feedback and UAT completion Deployment approvals and go-live confirmations Follow up internally with teams to close action items and unblock progress. Coordinate with accounts/admin teams for: Invoice scheduling as per project milestones Professional follow-up for pending payments (as required) Ensuring payments align with delivery and milestone completion Maintain a follow-up tracker to ensure: No approvals are missed Projects do not get delayed due to pending client inputs All stakeholders remain aligned on next steps

15) AI-Enabled Project Execution & Process Improvement



Use AI tools to improve project efficiency, documentation quality, and speed of execution, including: AI-assisted project planning and timeline creation Drafting meeting agendas, MOMs, status reports, and project documentation Creating structured requirement documents, checklists, and user stories faster Support internal teams by using AI for: Faster content outlines, wireframe content suggestions, and UX flow ideas Generating test case ideas, QA checklists, and edge case validation points Assist leadership in improving operational workflows through AI by: Identifying repetitive manual processes that can be automated Proposing AI-based productivity improvements for reporting and coordination Ensure responsible AI usage by: Maintaining the confidentiality of client data and internal documents Verifying outputs for accuracy before sharing with clients or teams Following organization-approved AI guidelines and tools

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / Management / Engineering / Marketing or related field (preferred) Minimum

5+ years of experience

in project management for digital/web/app/marketing environments

Agile/Scrum exposure App Store & Play Store deployment experience Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Firebase basics) Vendor/freelancer management experience GTM planning and launch execution experience
