The Digital CRE is responsible for

converting online leads into showroom visits and bookings

. This role is 100% about

speed, follow-up discipline, and conversions

.

If you can't call, follow up , and handle rejection without ego--this role will eat you alive.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

digital enquiries

from: Website Google Ads Social Media CRM Portal Call new leads Qualify leads and

fix showroom appointments

Coordinate with Sales Consultants for visit & test drive Do

daily follow-ups

via call & WhatsApp Update all lead activity in CRM accurately Track lead status: Hot / Warm / Cold / Lost Ensure

maximum lead-to-walk-in conversion

Achieve

monthly lead conversion targets


Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

6 months-2 years experience

in Digital CRE / Telecalling / Inside Sales Automobile dealership experience preferred Strong communication skills Comfortable with

targets & pressure

Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Skills Required

Fast calling & follow-up discipline Clear and confident communication Objection handling Time management Professional phone etiquette
