Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role: Design and implement scalable MSD architectures, ensuring reliability and performance. Customize and configure MSD modules, including CRM, ERP, and other components, to meet business needs. Integrate MSD with third-party systems for seamless workflows and data synchronization. Lead technical teams in developing and deploying MSD solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex MSD issues, ensuring smooth operations. Leverage MSD analytics capabilities, such as reporting and data visualization, to generate actionable insights. Stay updated on emerging MSD trends and technologies to enhance system performance. Mentor and train teams on MSD architecture, development, and best practices. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert). Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure cloud services.
