Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role: xe2x80xa2 Design and implement scalable MSD architectures, ensuring reliability and performance. xe2x80xa2 Customize and configure MSD modules, including CRM, ERP, and other components, to meet business needs. xe2x80xa2 Integrate MSD with third-party systems for seamless workflows and data synchronization. xe2x80xa2 Lead technical teams in developing and deploying MSD solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. xe2x80xa2 Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. xe2x80xa2 Troubleshoot and resolve complex MSD issues, ensuring smooth operations. xe2x80xa2 Leverage MSD analytics capabilities, such as reporting and data visualization, to generate actionable insights. xe2x80xa2 Stay updated on emerging MSD trends and technologies to enhance system performance. xe2x80xa2 Mentor and train teams on MSD architecture, development, and best practices. xe2x80xa2 Ensure adherence to architectural standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions. Preferred Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert). xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure cloud services.
