We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and data-driven
Digital Creative Marketing Executive
to take charge of our paid social media advertising across platforms including
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
conceptualising, designing, launching, and optimising ad campaigns
to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and sales.
This role blends creative design skills with performance marketing expertise, requiring someone who is both a hands-on designer and an analytical thinker.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative Design:
Design visually engaging ad creatives for various campaigns including static posts, carousels, short-form video (e.g. Reels, TikToks), banners, and animated content.
Tailor creatives to platform-specific formats and trends while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop A/B test variations for creative performance optimisation.
Campaign Management:
Plan, set up, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook (Meta Ads Manager), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Define audience targeting strategies based on customer personas, interests, and behaviours.
Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve CTR, engagement rates, CPL, ROAS and other KPIs.
Content Collaboration:
Work closely with the social media and content teams to align organic and paid strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders or influencers to source and repurpose content for ads.
Analytics & Reporting:
Regularly track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Use data insights to refine creative strategies and media spend.
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.
Conduct regular audits of competitors' digital marketing activity to identify opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a similar digital marketing or creative advertising role.
Strong hands-on experience managing paid ads across
Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
,
TikTok
, and
LinkedIn
.
Proficient in
design tools
such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and ad funnel strategy.
Experience with
pixel tracking
,
retargeting
, and
audience segmentation
.
Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of past ads or campaigns.
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of compliance and advertising policies per platform.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or real estate industries.
Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Basic video editing and animation skills.
