About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Creative Ads Manager

to lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter (X) Ads

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaign strategies to promote our brand and products effectively, with a strong emphasis on

creative content development and performance-driven storytelling

.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ads

platforms. Develop engaging ad creatives and copy that align with the brand's tone and campaign objectives. Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling campaign assets. Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to inform targeting strategies. Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CTR, and other relevant KPIs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance. Stay current with trends, best practices, and updates across all major ad platforms. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:



Proven experience (2+ years) managing paid digital campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads

. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills, especially for short-form ad content. Proficiency with adsmanagers, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools. Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and budget management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:



Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications. Basic design tool knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Experience with Campaigns, Promotion & Content Writing
