About the Role:

We are looking for a

Digital Counsellor

to coordinate with clients from the

United Kingdom

and provide online counselling support. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guiding people, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in digital communication and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with UK-based clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Provide accurate information and counselling on immigration, visa, or study options. Conduct virtual counselling sessions and follow up with potential clients. Maintain client data and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client processing. Stay informed about UK immigration and education updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities. Good knowledge of digital tools and online communication platforms. Prior experience in counselling, immigration, or education consulting (preferred).
