We are looking for a creative and user-focused Digital Communications Officer.
Developing and publishing content on our website and social media platforms to ensure it reaches a wide audience
You will be responsible for overseeing the company\xe2\x80\x99s external and internal communications and the development and implementation of digital content.
You will also assist with online and offline communications campaigns.
Impeccable communication & vocabulary.
Proficient in working with multiple tools for mailers, SMS, Whatsapp, etc.
Should have experience in word-of-mouth promotions through the referral program.
Liaise with respective stakeholders to manage customer communication.
Manage monthly newsletter.
Coordinate reports and analytics for all digital output.
Blog writing.
Content writing.
