We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will plan, produce, and publish engaging digital content across various platforms in

accordance with our brand identity and style guidelines.

This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design theories, practices and methods, excellent

communication and writing skills, visual design skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make

informed decisions.

The Digital Content Specialist will work closely with the Training Delivery Team, subject matter experts, and

other stakeholders for designing and developing collateral publications (handbook, brochure), web-based

training development (eLearning materials, video trainings), content for webpages, graphic design (posters,

flyers, infographics), etc.

Key Responsibilities



Work with Training Delivery Team and SMEs to define project requirements and end goals. Understand user profiles and create content targeted appropriately to meet user goals. Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms -- collateral publications

(handbook, brochure), web-based training development (eLearning materials, video trainings),

content for webpages, graphic design (posters, flyers, infographics), etc.

Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods while developing web-based training

material.

Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.). Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, voice, and guidelines. Editing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.

Review and proofread content for accuracy and consistency. Focus on technical accuracy, quality, recognizing errors and identifying opportunities for continuous

improvement in user documentation and content development processes.

Requirements and Skills



Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Engineering / Instructional Design / Technical Writing / English /

Journalism / Mass Communication or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Min. 7+ years of experience as a Digital Content Specialist / Instructional Designer or similar role, with

3-4 examples of past work.

Impressive knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models -- certification in

Instructional Design from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience developing multilingual content is a plus. Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. Solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate 360 Suite), experience with at least one

Learning Management System is a plus.

Demonstrable visual design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - in particular, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign) and ability to storyboard.

Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles. Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., videos, photography, etc.) is an added

advantage.

Experience with Vyond, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Blender, 3ds Max, and Figma is desirable

but not mandatory.

Creative mindset with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
