You will ensure accurate delivery into live environments and measure performance against KPIs and objectives. Additionally, you will manage a team of content delivery professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and career development support, as well as job-specific skillsets.

Develop digital content in line with relevant content guidelines, including brand and tone of voice.
Work collaboratively with independent research agencies and relevant third parties to ensure digital content meets customer needs.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Previous people management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams
An understanding/experience of SEO
Degree educated
Digital/Marketing qualifications beneficial
Experience managing teams in an Agile environment
Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing platforms
This role will be based out of Noida or Gurgaon.
