We are now looking for an enthusiastic, commercially oriented, and proactive Digital Content & Portal Manager to take ownership of Corporater Orbit - our global customer, partner, and internal resource portal.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is both technically hands-on and strategically creative, ready to shape how our customers, partners, and internal teams interact with Corporater's digital ecosystem.

Live and recorded software demos
Downloadable BMP software
Partner and customer onboarding and sales enablement guides
Learning Management System through Corporater Academy
Support materials like policies, certificates, and GRC documents

Webinars, contract templates, and marketing resources

Your Responsibilities
Own and manage Corporater Orbit (WordPress-based), ensuring the portal is user-friendly, regularly updated, and aligned with customer and partner needs.
Develop and maintain a content release roadmap, coordinating with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize portal features and updates, especially for partner onboarding and customer self-service.
Proactively suggest and implement UX improvements that drive engagement and increase portal adoption.
Monitor site analytics and user feedback to optimize content and navigation continuously.
Manage content uploads, including demos, PDFs, videos, release notes, and internal documentation.
Align Orbit resources with go-to-market and training strategies.
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, improving how configuration knowledge, documentation, and updates are delivered.
Ensure proper governance of portal content (security, access roles, and quality control).

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience managing digital content or customer portals (WordPress knowledge essential).
Strong understanding of web CMS platforms and experience maintaining live web portals.
Proficient in Divi Theme
Experience in Theme and Plugin Customization
High proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and ReactJS
Ability to think strategically and propose creative enhancements to improve user engagement.
Familiarity with corporate or SaaS content such as demos, technical documentation, and release notes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven and structured; comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience working with SaaS or GRC platforms.
Hands-on exposure to customer/partner onboarding tools, LMS platforms, or self-service portals.
Experience in Laravel, CodeIgniter frameworks
Prior experience collaborating with marketing, training, or customer success teams.
Familiarity with technical writing or wiki/article-style documentation.
