Your key responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage a team responsible for content publishing and platform operations.
Daily Operations: Oversee day?to?day content publishing, page updates, quality checks, document uploads, and adherence to governance standards across regions.
Global Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders across regions on ongoing content needs including product launches, product page updates, BAU requests, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to upgrade, enhance, and maintain the content portal, ensuring scalability, reliability, and improved functionality.
Platform Management & Innovation: Lead platform maintenance, enhancements, and performance optimization while proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, new functionalities, and emerging technologies to improve user experience.
Workflow Management: Manage Jira pipelines for intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and progress tracking; ensure SLA adherence and process efficiency.
Content Auditing: Conduct annual and periodic audits to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate usage reports and web analytics dashboards to provide insights that guide decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
UAT Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new features, platform enhancements, and upgrades prior to deployment.
Your skills and experience
~8-10 years in digital content management or platform operations, with experience leading a small team.
Strong working knowledge of dotCMS and workflow management tools (e.g., Jira).
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with analytics, reporting and user experience optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across global regions; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech?savvy with an innovation mindset and strong process optimization skills.
Experience coordinating with vendors for platform enhancements and upgrades.
