Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Content Manager to oversee the creation, publication, and management of all property listings and digital content on our platform. This is a full-time,
in-office position
where you will be responsible for both content creation and lead management. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to drive traffic and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Property Listings:
Upload, edit, and publish new property listings on our website, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Content Optimization (SEO):
Research and implement SEO best practices to ensure listings and other web content rank well in search results, maximizing organic visibility.
Content Creation:
Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-friendly copy for website pages, blog posts, and marketing materials to attract potential property owners and guests.
Lead Nurturing:
Track and follow up on promising leads who have viewed or booked properties, helping to build strong relationships and converting them into long-term partners.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams in the office to ensure content strategy aligns with overall company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of proven experience
as a Content Manager, Listings Coordinator, or a similar role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar.
Working knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS), preferably WordPress or a similar web-based platform.
Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively follow up on leads and work with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the real estate, travel, or hospitality industries.
Experience in managing and prioritizing leads.
A portfolio of published content or successful content campaigns.
