What would you do
o Support in the execution of media, promotions, and events as outlined in brand and activation plans o Maintain and update brand assets, guidelines, and other resources to ensure consistent implementation across markets o Track and report progress on project milestones, ensuring alignment with executional plans and timelines o Provide administrative and logistical support for various brand-related projects and activities
What are we looking for
o Strong organizational and communication skills o Experience or interest in project coordination or brand management o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams o High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously o Knowledge of product lifecycle management is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: o Assist in coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional inputs for product launches and brand initiatives o Provide operational support for product portfolio management, ensuring alignment with global brand architecture and guidelines o Manage and update documentation, compliance checks, and approval workflows in line with brand policies o Facilitate communication between global and local teams to ensure milestones are tracked and campaigns are ready for launch
