Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for?
oDigital Asset Management (DAM) o Graduate required. o Minimum 3 year of experience in Digital Marketing with a minimum of 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client o Knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing. o Experience in working on DAM platform (Digital Asset Management) o MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint o Has excellent verbal and written communication skills o Has experience in team management and client management o Experience participating in a collaborative team environment o Experience in vendor management o Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused o Demonstrate ability to think strategically Digital Asset Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts ? Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard Taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correct Digital rights management in Digital Asset Management system making it available for reuse. ? Subject matter expert in key concepts, process flows and defined scope of librarian tasks. ? Take the initiative to understand the complete asset lifecycle and collaborate with other channels for a complete picture. ? Accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives shared by the Platform Directors and Content Management lead for Marketing Content Reuse and meet the client Global business outcomes. ? The individual is responsible for liaising with markets as well as agencies to ensure smooth delivery of operations for Library Services team. ? Accountable for the continuous improvement in upload TAT, manage the upload ? Create workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool. ? Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand the requirements, and provide appropriate and viable business solutions ? Manage the upload queue to ensure timelines are met and escalation matrix is followed as required
