Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Digital Content Intern

to manage and grow the social media presence of 011BQ and its clients, while also assisting in Upwork bidding and client outreach for digital marketing and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow 011BQ and client social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X etc). Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules. Collaborate with designers and writers for visuals and captions. Monitor performance metrics: engagement, reach, and conversions. Research trends, competitors, and new campaign ideas. Write and submit proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms. Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Passion for digital marketing, branding, and communication. Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement. Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills. Basic design knowledge (Canva, Figma, or similar tools). Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clutch. Experience handling brand or agency social pages. Knowledge of analytics or paid campaign tools.
