Roles and responsibilities



Create content

: Design and produce a wide variety of content, including text (UX copy, articles), visuals (graphics, infographics), videos, and interactive elements for websites, apps, and social media.

Strategize content

: Develop and implement content strategies and style guides that align with user needs and brand objectives.

Conduct research

: Use data and user feedback from methods like user research and usability testing to inform content decisions.

Collaborate across teams

: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and marketing to ensure content integrates seamlessly with the overall product design.

Optimize content

: Ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

Maintain and update

: Manage and update content using content management systems (CMS) and oversee content throughout its lifecycle.

Ensure accessibility

: Design content that is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Essential skills and qualifications



Hard skills



Writing and editing

: Strong, user-centric writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and scannable content.

Design software

: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma (Good to have) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) must have.

: A solid understanding of UX principles and how to apply them to content creation, including knowledge of information architecture.
