Job Summary

As a

Content Creator (Social Media)

, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing engaging content for our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. You'll be expected to understand our brand tone, create high-quality visual and written content, and play a key role in growing our digital audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content strategies for all social media channels. Create visually appealing content including photos, short-form videos, reels, carousels, and stories. Write compelling, brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and post copy. Plan, schedule, and manage daily/weekly content calendar. Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and interact with the online community. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams for campaigns and product launches. Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates. Occasionally attend shoots, store events, or promotions (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing (portfolio required). Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro/CapCut, or similar. Strong visual storytelling and video editing skills. Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (bonus if Tamil or other regional languages are known). Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Passion for fashion, trends, and visual branding.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands. Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations. Photography or on-set video shoot experience.
