What You'll Do

As a Product Expert Intern, you'll:

Assist and Advise:

Be the go-to person for product knowledge, helping potential clients choose the right knitting, crocheting, and haberdashery products that best fit their needs and skill levels.

Connect with Leads:

Communicate with leads and clients, answer questions, make tailored product recommendations, and build great relationships.

Content Creation:

Support our marketing team by helping make fun, engaging content for our social media channels, like tutorials, demos, tips, or creative projects using our products.

Product Demonstrations:

Participate in or lead product demos (either live or recorded), showing off how our products work to current and potential clients.

Global Experience:

Work closely with a UK team and interact with clients from around the world, developing your skills in cross-cultural communication.

Occasional Meet-Ups:

From time to time, join us at local hubs for team catch-ups, product events, or photoshoots.

Who You Are

You have hands-on experience in knitting and/or crocheting, and a real passion for all things haberdashery. You're confident, approachable, and speak excellent English -- comfortable chatting with clients and showcasing products. You enjoy connecting with people and helping them make decisions that fit their creative goals. You're creative, enthusiastic about social media, and excited to show crafting in new ways. You're open to learning, keen to share your knowledge, and thrive in a flexible, remote-first setting. You're either an undergraduate or graduate -- fashion degree holders are preferred, but if you're

highly passionate and skilled, we'd still love to hear from you!

You have basic tech skills: you're familiar with video calls (Zoom, Google Meet) and simple design tools (like Canva or Instagram).

Screening Call:

A brief 10-minute conversation to understand your background, skills in knitting, crocheting, and haberdashery, and interest in the role.

Level 1 Interview with In-house product specialist and BDM:

A 60-minute session including a take-home task, followed by a presentation of your work.

Level 2 Interview with Company Director:

A final discussion focused on onboarding, role expectations, and alignment with company culture and goals.

Turnaround Time:

Feedback is provided within 2 days of the final interview to keep the process efficient.
