Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver
interactive E-Learning modules
for Legal and HR departments.
Convert
raw transcripts, policy documents, and SME inputs
into structured and engaging digital learning content.
Collaborate closely with
Legal and HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
to understand learning objectives and content accuracy.
Create storyboards, scripts, and course flows aligned with instructional design principles.
Develop modules using tools such as:

Vyond
Incorporate multimedia elements such as animations, voiceovers, quizzes, assessments, and scenarios.
Ensure content adheres to
compliance, branding, and accessibility standard
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of
full-time experience
in digital content creation or E-Learning development.
Strong hands-on experience with
Articulate 360, Storyline, and Vyond
.
Experience creating E-Learning content for
corporate functions
such as Legal, HR, Compliance, or Policy training.
Ability to interpret complex text-heavy content and convert it into
simple, engaging learning modules

Good understanding of
instructional design fundamentals

Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.
