YouTube channel and production house
. The role involves content ideation, coordination with the production team and crew, and executing high-quality digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Ideate and create engaging content for YouTube and digital platforms
Plan content calendars, scripts, and formats
Coordinate and manage production team & crew during shoots
Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and creatives
Ensure content aligns with brand goals and audience engagement
Requirements
Experience as a Digital Content Creator / YouTube Content Manager
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
Ability to manage production workflow, team, and shoots
Understanding of YouTube trends, formats, and audience behavior
Must be Pune-based
Must be able to commute daily to
