Plan and execute doctor video shoots -- including short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts), interviews, health awareness talks, patient-education videos, and event highlights.
Coordinate directly with doctors and department heads to schedule shoots, brief them on content goals, and ensure comfort during recording.
Handle the complete production process -- camera setup, lighting, audio, background, framing, and ensuring professional quality.
Capture b-roll footage and stills for multi-platform use (social media, website, digital campaigns).
Edit videos for clarity, pace, subtitles, and branding -- maintaining a consistent tone aligned with Wockhardt's communication standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to repurpose content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Maintain and organize digital assets -- raw footage, final edits, and doctor media libraries.
Stay updated on trends in medical content creation and social media video formats.
Ensure all produced content adheres to medical communication compliance and hospital privacy standards.
Support hospital events and media coverage (doctor workshops, awareness days, patient stories, etc.) through photography and videography.
