Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Content Creator to join our team at Willmount. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging photo and video content that showcases our resort's unique experiences, amenities, and events. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and attracting guests through compelling storytelling across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of the resort, including rooms, amenities, events, activities, and guest experiences. Edit and produce visually appealing content for use on social media, the resort website, and digital marketing campaigns. Develop creative concepts and content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team. Write engaging captions, blog posts, and short articles to accompany visual content. Manage and grow the resort's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize engagement and reach. Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Events, Front Office) to highlight special offers and happenings. Analyze content performance and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with the latest digital content creation tools and trends.
